Kids 1st Gym Summer Camps


Our spinning studio is outfitted with twelve bikes for our campers to enjoy energetic, heart-pumping spin classes with our instructors.


Under the direct supervision of instructors, campers can use our weight room to practice a variety of lifting exercises.


Campers can join Woody for a great thirty-minute jog before lunch or dinner every day, or start their own running group to prepare for the local Freedom 5K.

Mountain Biking

Not a runner but still want to get some exercise? Come join the Mountain Bike Staff for some scenic rides around the area (and maybe a stop at the Cozy Corner for some homemade ice cream).

Speed & Agility and Strength & Conditioning Workouts

These are optional activities that take place every day before dinner for those that want to put in some extra time to get or stay in shape.

Yoga Class

Our Yoga classes are available to all of our campers looking to enjoy a peaceful experience while working on developing both flexibility and mental awareness. Namaste.
